Phoned almost immediately after placing the listing. Turned up early and was very polite and helpful. Was only a quick testing job but did everything thoroughly. Would use again.

Electricity is not being transmitted to my shower, a plumber has tested it. The light on the pull cord does not come on. The shower is 7.kw, cable 6mm, fuse 32amp. Appears that it may be a problem with the switch re the pull cord but could be an electrical fault elsewhere.

Indesit FDU20 main oven is no longer heating, but the fan still turns. I suspect the element may have blown, or maybe the thermostat. The "on" light for the oven doesn't come on at all, but the grill one does (and the grill/upper oven heats fine). We had a power outage the other day, so I suspect that's when it occurred - but whether that caused the damage, or the component failing caused the power outage I cannot say.
