Max did a fantastic job with replacing the lights in my kitchen which had blown and offered me good advice on some other electrical jobs. Also a top guy - really enjoyed chatting with him. My go to electrician of choice!

We have four spotlights that are not working. Would really like job done this week if possible ?
Paul was very prompt with both the phonecall and a date and time for the job to be assessed and carried out all completed within 2 days of me placing the add ! Paul explained what was required and an estimate of the price including parts ad labour, and actually was cheaper than he originally thought as was able to reuse one of the transformers. Very pleased with the whole experience would use them again.

had new kitchen, but wall plug , and central heating control next to it are wobbly, and fused plug next to it broken. a gap in the wall of a missing plug space, with wires showing. needs tidying up .

There's a light hanging from the ceiling in our living room with a particularly heavy lampshade strung up to it. Over time the lampshade has stretched the wiring so the connection is loose and the light is flickering. I've just tried to take the lampshade off (with the light switched off) and touching the wire sent a shower of sparks out - I'm guessing it could do with someone re-wiring it. Unfortunately though we need to keep the lampshade!

We recently boarded our loft and in the process something happened to the electrics which means the main lights in the whole flat don't work. All other electrics work ok. We need someone to work out where the problem is.

Remove and dispose of old electrical storage heater and install new one. New heater will be provided by us. Both heaters are small hall storage heaters. Location to remain the same. Arrange making good of any areas damaged during installation.
Amber property services replaced a small storage heater in the hall of a flat we rent out. They were very efficient and helpful in liaising with the managing agent and tenant. The job happened to be scheduled on a day when there was a lot of snow. They made sure they called ahead to let me know they were running late due to the bad weather. They also made suggestions on a replacement heater. I shopped around for the same heater on the internet and couldn't find a better price than what they had quoted. Very satisfied and I have recommended to family who are wanting similar work carried out.

Just bought place and there is lots of interesting wiring - would like circuit board and wiring tested for safety and any dodgy wiring fixed.
Mark carried out full electrical test and was efficient and very helpful with scheduling and carrying out the work. Would recommend, no problem.
