After a roof leak which has now been fixed, the lighting in my bathroom needs attention. 4 out of 6 spot lights are not working and from the two lights i have removed from the ceiling, both connectors are corroded.

We would like an extractor fan fitted for a basement bathroom
Mark arrived on time and stayed until he had fitted the extractor fan which was over 3 hours. He charged a bit more than his quote because of the length of time he had spent on it and we felt this was fair. When it wasn't working to our satisfaction the next day I e-mailed Mark and he immediately agreed to return. However, on his advice we managed to put the appliance right so this was not necessary. Overall it was a good job done, just what we wanted and Mark was very pleasant to deal with.

I'm not sure
There is a problem with the lightswitch in the living room. It can't swtich off, so we currently do not have alight bulb in there! I think that the light switch might need to be replaced, but I am not sure if there is a different problem.
Very quick, friendly, efficient and professional! I was given a rough idea of possible cost implications before they came out. They came when they said they would! Very happy!

Rewire ring circuits upstairs and downstairs. Fit new consumer unit. Rewire/reposition some lights & check that lighting circuit OK NB - I am putting central heating too and would like to do them together (early/mid January)
Rob completely re-wired our terraced house in Brighton, as well as fitting a number of new lights and smoke detectors. He was very easy to deal with and made a number of useful suggestions (e.g. better positions for sockets and lights). We were having other work done at the same time (new central heating and bathroom) and Rob was very good at coordinating his work with the other people working in the house. He worked with very little disruption and the quality of his work throughout was excellent.

We need some new lighting points, some sockets moving or added and possibly a complete rewire of some rooms. I have not selected a budget because we do not know how much it may all cost, but whatever works needs doing will be budgeted for

overhead lights intermitently flash. Very dodgy light fitting in the kitchen with bulbs regularly blowing out and strange buzzing noise from the lightswitch (4 set panel). Generally not cool and don't use the lights presently. Do not wish to rewire the entire property. Advice also on decent light fittings
Very prompt quotation, good value for money, and equally prompt execution of the works. I changed the specification and extended the works to be done, which I knew would involve some 'mess'. Not only was the place left 'spotless' I would say probably better than it would have been found. Hi! I need several plug sockets moving from a position on the skirting board to above the skirting board (probably about 3 inches up). ideally they would be sunk into the wall if this is possible. I think the cables come from the floor rather than the ceiling. There are 2 that are a priority, but at least 2 more should need doing in another room. Time is of the essence as I would ideally like this done before we get carpet fitted this friday (16/11) though all quotes will be considered. As a separate quote, there are a couple of light switches that have cables that lead down from the ceiling in trunking, we would like to get these embedded into the walls too.
