Upgrade existing old Fuse Box and provide Electrical Safety Certificate for a rented three bedroomed terrace house in Kimberley Road, Brighton.

Provide twin power socket for new utility room at rear of property.
Terminate 2 unwanted/unused points in Kitchen at rear of property (one mains socket, one electric fan switch)
Reconnect power to loft light (which was left disconnected when new fuse box fitted some months ago)

I have lived at p;roperty for 10 years - the lights in that room never worked properly and now they don't work at all! Upstairs plughole in bedroom a bit ‘sparky’ on use, needs checking
