Job A plug socket needs to be installed to enable cooker hood extractor fan to be plugged in. The plug socket nearest to it is 5 feet away.

Budget Under £100

Job The socket with the cord pull for the shower is stuck between on and off. If you pull it down, the shower still works so power clearly going to the socket. A new casing where the rope connects to the socket is required so when the cord is pulled it stays on. Got picture of unit if required. Timing: ASAP

Job reposition one double power point the main lights in the dining room and one of the bedrooms need repaired they have both stopped working I have checked the fuses in the main box and they are ok I have an old alarm that I would like disconnected from the mains power supply

Job Our shower cuts out mid shower every so often. We can get it working again by pressing the big button on the switch in the fuse box but I think this probably shouldn't be happening. The shower is wired separately from everything else. We wondered if it was to do with having other appliances on in the flat but even with virtually nothing on it still trips and switches off. The shower is an electric shower, bought and installed less than 2 years ago. It has only started happening in the last month. we haven't installed anything else of touched anything in the fuse box in this time. Thanks,
