Updated : I'm looking to find out what the fault is and get it repaired. Original : I live in a ground floor flat. The building's main entrance has an entryphone system. My buzzer to open the door and allow people to enter has stopped working. It started working intermittently last week but has now stopped entirely. It appears to still work when the door is open (I can hear the buzzer) but it isn't working when the door is shut. The door lock was recently replaced so it may be that is causing some problem.
Very good. John arrived promptly at the specified time, identified what was causing the problem and sorted it out without any fuss. Excellent!
