Disconnecting a bathroom extractor fan so it can be removed. It is not obvious from the wiring in the on/off switch which wires are for the fan.
Dave came round about an hour or so after we spoke on the phone and completed the job there and then. I would use his services again.

Gareth has done a cracking job. He arrived on time, let me know exactly what and why he was doing at all stages and left the house in a cleaner state than when he arrived. 2 rooms: - First room will requiried TV power and aeriel sockets fitting. I also require a way of running HDMI cords from the TV to the PS3/amplifier units below it without them being visible - i.e. an in wall install. - Second room will require all the above plus the TV mounting on the wall on a basic non movable bracket. First room is a lounge and the TV is already mounted onto the wall which is a supporting wall. Second room is an upstairs bedroom and the mounting needs to go on what I believe to be a non supporting wall - it's internal and backs onto a bathroom. All in all I believe we require two aeriel sockets (both rooms have the aeriel feed to them but not quite in the right place), two plug sockets and two lots of in-wall cabling for HDMI cables, ideally temporary so that they can be added/subtracted/upgraded over time. Thanks
