Job Vortice Slim Line 4" extractor fan x2 not working in bathrooms, probably need new ones as the motors have burnt out i believe. Model No MF100/4 T

Job electricity in the garage has gone. Power was installed about 5 years ago and recently my husband smelt burning so we have had to turn everything off

Budget Under £250

Job Electric shower recently removed from bathroom wall, i need the left over wiring made safe and removed along with remote isolation switch. Also discovered some old wiring hidden behind plaster, need it to be made safe (i think already disconnected, but would like it checked prior to plastering and tiling over).

Job I have 5 new bedroom ceiling light fittings to be installed (2 x chrome celing roses; 1 x Next ceiling light; 2 x pendant light fittings - cables to be shortened/adjusted to ~8"). I also have an outside wall light (balcony wall) to be replaced with a new B&Q wall light.

Budget Under £2,000

Job we have been getting an electric shock when using our shower.we called out a british gas engineer under a maintenance contract and he has raised a number of faults with the electrics in our house which require rectifying.such faults include our lighting needs rewiring,no earth bonding to gas or water services and the fuse board is not up to standard.we would like to receive quotes for doing the work from interested electricians in the chelmsford area.british gas are fair too expensive.

Comment Luke was great.We had to have the house rewired 3 weeks before Christmas and he totally worked around us,(not easy with two teenage girls).We also have laminate floors which had to come up. I can't say it was an easy 5 days but Luke kept us informed through out,was helpful when we asked any questions and was here when he told us he would be.Would have him back to do other jobs and would totally recommend him. philip
