Job Rewiring of 3 bedroom Victorian house

Comment DJT did a complete re-wire of my house, a Victorian three-bed. This is a really intrusive work as the whole house is affected, but Dan and Mark really worked hard to ensure that at the end of each day the house was still liveable and that the inevitable disruption was kept to a minimum. They were a pleasure to have in house, did an excellent job within the agreed time-frame and budget. Would highly recommend them. Matt

Job Removed external wall 'security' light from rear wall of property (facing back garden). Wire cut and ends taped up, left hanging and needs removing asap - wire runs through external wall through to loft. WIRE STILL LIVE unless turned off at fuse box. Dangerous as I live with a 2 year old child. Wall light could not be left hanging as bracket and nail was rusted and was swinging from wall. Have no use for wire as do not require external security light - want rid of it!

Budget Under £100

Job Light fitting has been used as a junction box and I would like to replace the light. I would like a separate junction box installed so light can be changed in future or just for redocorating. Plus - I also need an electric socket checked/fixed as this is not working. Plus - I need strip light fitted.

Comment What can you say about someone who turns up with their own dustpan and brush - very tidy. He turned up got stuck into the job with no fuss and did not worry that this involved going into the roof space to chase down wiring. Delighted with the job. Joe
