New bathroom light needs fitting. Old fitting needs removing and new light (flush dome style) fitting needs to be fitted. Also, we replaced a double switch (which is for the downstairs hallway light and the upstairs landing light) as the plastic casing had cracked and now one switch does not work and the other switch turn both lights on and off! Please can this be fixed so one switch opeate one light and the other switch operates the other light (as it used to!). QUOTES PLEASE.
Steve was able to come and do the work requested quickly which was really useful. He completed the work promptly and explained the issues well. We called him back for further work a week later which he was able to do almost immediately. On the second visit he also fixed another small problem even though that was not the purpose of his visit. Great contact to have.

• Replace existing consumer unit • Replace any metallic light fittings in property • Remove Rubber cable supplying 2x socket outlets upstairs • Remove and replace metre tails • Run 10mm main earth bonding to Gas and Water supplies, • Up rate existing earth cable
Made sure all works was complete. Worked throughout the day on the job and was very helpful. Nice person to have around, price was competitive and even proposed to work evening if required. Overall very happy.

I cancelled once and Trevor cancelled once, but he arrived on the third appointment and was very helpful and friendly. Will have him back for some more work in a few weeks. Recommended.

1. A ladder will be needed to fit the security light. 2. The lights that I want fixed - problem has been caused by water getting to the wiring.
Quoted for two jobs (£150). Only did one job in the end but still charged £150. Said his hourly rate was £30 - took him three hours to do. He argued by saying he had to do a bit more work on the first job, and there was a "call out charge" !! Would not use again.
