5 bedroom property was fully re-wired about 5 years ago. Require a NICEIC qualified electrician to inspect the electrics, carry out any necessary work in order to issue a NICEIC certificate. This is required by the local authority's building control so that they can issue a completion certificate for the property.
Avni turned up on time and when promised BUT he is way to expensive. He quoted me a price of £250 and by the end the price had increased by over 200%! Fair enough there was some extra work but his rates are way way too high. For this reason, and this reason alone I will not be using him again. I recommend you agree prices as work is being done if you use him. He seems to know what he is doing but there are other electricians who are just as good (if not better) and charge more reasonable rates.

Electric power from house to garden shed (about 25 metres) for lighting, and for running an oil filled electric heater (2000w) and a power socket for normal electric equipment.
The electrician was friendly, efficient and worked non-stop. He explained what needed doing and why, and cleared up afterwards. I would use this firm again.

Install walkover led lights into a landing floor and install a new bathroom fan, both already supplied.
Also more more external electrical work to be completed depending on quote etc.
Completed all work to a high standard, very proffesional. I would definitley use again or recommend.

To disconnect the old cable thats believed to have broken in the ceiling. Run new cable, surface in trunking, from the switch to 3 fluresent fittings, approx 20m run.
Very happy with the work carried out, would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to others
