had an under stairs cupboard put in - there was an existing ceiling light in situ which worked prior to this work which now, although there seems to be power at the light fitting, the light no longer works - want this rectified please. Also - there is an old light above the front door - would like this looked at to see if can get working again.
What a lovely man. Mr Hill was prompt and professional and that is an understatement. He was so cheerful and polite, very tidy and knowledgeable. The job turned out to be not quite so straightforward but he was not bothered by this and quickly found a solution that worked at no extra cost. I would most certainly use Mr Hill again and would have every confidence in his obvious skills, and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

Updated : extractor fan in bathroom Original : we removed an old extractor fan from our bathroom on moving in as it was broken, but on buying a new one it appears it is actually the wiring there is a fault with - we need a quote with a view to having the qork done asap to get the new fan working. I am due a baby any day now and really need this fixed.
David turned up when he said he would and was polite and professional. He instantly identified the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. He could easily have said it was a bigger job but instead was honest and only charged us for his petrol and a small amount for labour. Was very impressed with his professionalism but moreover his honesty. Would use him again.

Having work down in our gardens and need power to our shed from the house so armour cable, our landscaper is placing a tube underground so it can be run through. In the shed we need a light, with switch, one or two plug sockets and an external plug socket running from the shed for outdoor lighting (nothing fancy) and for the mower etc. 2nd job is a light with switch in the under stair cupboard where the consumer unit is situated.
