Old style fuse box needs replacing.
Chris arrived exactly when he said he would and carried out the job without fuss, cleaning up when he had completed the work. Very pleasant young man, would definitely recommend 2 Core Electrics.

Check under unit lighting in kitchen. Problem with light switch - cannot have kitchen and lounge light on at same time, either on or the other only.

Update electrics - 3 bed property has old fuse box and no isolator switch.
Possibly need to install hard wired smoke detectors
Need thermostat control box for gas central heating
renew 1or 2 light pendants
Provide test certificate
This electrician qave a competitive quote, was punctual,knowledgeable, completed work within timescale and cleaned and tidied up after the work was done. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any one.

I need 2 ceiling lights fitted (one quite high, one low) and a new security light fitted outside (wiring already there). I have all the lights - they just need put in.

require outside power socket at side of house, spur can be taken from internal socket on inside wall, sorry not a big job, but need outside power to charge mobility scooter

I require an existing electric built-in double oven to be disconnected and a replacement installed. Also I require an existing gas hob to be disconnected and replacement gas hob to be installed. I believe I need an electrician who is gas registered.
Responded quickly to request. Gave fair impartial advice. Arrived promptly to do job. Completed task quickly, no fuss, no mess. Would recommend to others and would use again. Very pleased.

Replace on-off switch on ceiling for electric shower
I needed someone to replace a switch that was a bit more than I could manage. They were the first to respond to my work request. The electrician came all the way from Motherwell, arrived on time and was very courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently and kept me well advised of what he was doing. While he was here I asked him to check something else which he was happy to do. He gave good advice and charged me a very fair rate. I highly recommend him and will be using him again.
