There is some kind of funny smell coming from the shower isolator switch when it is on for more than a couple of minutes. It is not a burning smell but the smell gets really strong if the switch is on for more than 5 minutes.

looking for quotes for the following jobs in the house;
a) to install new fusebox as current one is 25+ years
b) replace some current sockets (approx 4), particularly one in the kitchen which has the mains cable to it exposed/covered with electric tape
c) install 3 single sockets near already placed sockets (this may be very optional dependant on cost)
Quick, satisfactory job carried out by Gerry, will be calling him in future for any other work needing done.

installing external flood light with pir into exsiting external light out back . Need extra light install due to light out back is terrible and due to my illnessess i have had many falls out back due to lack of light . I have bought the light to install but dont have the knowledge and qualifications to install only looking to pay between £50 - £70 at most thanks gavin

DMElect promptly gave me a good estimate and date for completion. First time I have had a spreadsheet from a tradesman stating clearly costs and labour!
