Previous owner bodge job requires fixing. CU was sited in Meter box. Requires moving to inside property, 3 metres above on inside of the same wall.
We require installation of SWA meter tails (approx 3 metres of 25mm) vertical up wall to back of new CU location. Switchfuse is required in accordance with DNO requirements for meter tail length. SWA termination then requires splitting into 2 supplies, one to the moved CU (Split board TT earth, 15 way) second supply for attached annexe via a 60A isolator switch fuse, second meter supply, into existing 16mm T+E submain.
All moved circuits to be tested for polarity, insulation, R1+R2, Ring final testing where required. RCD teating, TT system requires Ze check. PFC test on supply. All required paperwork complete as per Bs 7671. I am not fussed about part P notification, although I am regs aware, although I will stay out of the way of your work and am keen to hear suggestions to other install solutions, I can spot a bodger.
Finally, PIR report on attached annexe wiring.
Who am I after? A decent spark who knows what they are doing. I am not interested in 5 day part pee residential short courses, or anyone that thinks that spaghetti junction is an acceptable way to leave CU wiring. Wife will supply plenty of tea, biscuits and bacon butties whilst you are working.
The lights were professionally installed - it is a fault that needs to be fixed.
