I live in an large victorian house built in 1908 some of wirng appears to be the original. some has been upgraded and I would like a socket or 2 in a bedroom either rewiring the existing or a new run as you see fit. This is an urgent request for this single job though I will need someone to rewire the rest as well.
A good clean job done in a timely manner with no fuss. also gave me some really sound professional advice about a complete rewire.

2 existing bathroom lights need changing to complete the new bathroom. We have already bought the parts. We need a quote and for fitting a heater in the bathroom. Ideally we need it bought and fitted too. Ditto a simple light in the cupboard under the stairs. Thank you.

Electric shower pull cord is sparking and smoking and lighting up when we tried to turn it on and it is flipping the main fuse off at the same time. Also our flat buzzer is a bit faulty can only sometimes get it to buzz when pressed many times.

2 beds, 2 reception, loo, kitchen, bathroom (electric shower), lge walk-in cupboard with power, hallway. Want this to be chased in - not surface trunking. Electrician must be able to provide NICEIC Part P documentation. Need to coordinate this with other building works.
Five stars quite simply isn’t enough to rate the service we received from Marke O’Beirne! Mark had been asked to quote for a full rewire. Before quoting, he carried out a ‘Periodic Test’ which showed an upgrade would be all that was needed. The majority of the wiring was sound and to the required standard. This saved us a considerable amount of money, on not only the wiring, but also on the making-good afterwards. The wiring was part of a major renovation project, which had to be completed to a tight budget with strict deadlines. Mark worked with us and the other trades people on site every step of the way. One of the other workmen on site damaged a new cable which, by the time it was discovered, was embedded in a solid floor under a newly installed kitchen! Even though it meant working until 8pm on a Saturday night to resolve the problem, Mark never lost his sense of humour or his patience. Mark O’Beirne was a delight to work with. By the end of the project, we felt we had a new friend. If you are looking for a genuine, skilled and ethical electrician, you’ve found him!
