I have three wall mounted lights (served by a single switch) which I would like removed (as a TV will go in their place) and to have them replaced by ceiling spot lights. The room already has 3 spot lights in the celing so can, but I would like a separate switch to operate the new lights

I have tried to fit bathroom extractor fan -- unfotunately unsuccesssful !
Pull cord doesn't "pull". I think either a problem with the cord itself, or perhaps there isn't an isolating switch in the circuit ?
Stephen came the day after he was contacted, and clearly is absolutely on top of his game. I have no hesitation in giving him full marks !!

Moved into a new 3 bed home and the the survey suggests we get the electrics tested. There seem to be spurs added, some sockets not testing well for 'earth', some sockets inoperative. Can decide way forward once tested.
Tony was puntual, thorough and reliable. Was here to test the electrics and even did a few running repairs as he went along. Have booked him again to carry out some follow-up work. Many thanks.
