Job Replace two halogen light fittings on a bathroom and replace all six halogen bulbs with LED bulbs (already have the bulbs). Replace 14 halogen bulbs with LED bulbs (already have the bulbs) in kitchen. Both jobs may require new transformers, even though the voltage is the same.

Comment Went well beyond the call of duty working into the evening (without request) to complete job in time. The only one who came to properly survey the site before quoting and seemed more knowledgable than others. Seemed very concientious and was clearly a 'grafter'. Tidied up after himself without needing prompted. Very polite. Highly recommended. Robin

Budget Under £2,000

Job Rewiring of a 3 bed property. House is empty and direct access to floorboards available. Need a practical and common sense solution to focus on areas of need. Existing system in full working order but needs updating.

Job detached garage is suddenly not receiving electricity. Inside the garage is a door motor, lighting and sockets. Power is supplied from house but cannot trace source either

Budget I'm not sure

Job 1st floor, 2 bedroom maisonette. Needs additional plug sockets in three rooms. Also will be changing from gas in the kitchen to electric and will need a safe power supply.
