"The guy that came to fit the cable was really nice and even told me how I could do the job for cheaper. He decided that I would have to run a new 50amp cable from the fuse box to the kitchen. I then had to wait over two hours for the guy to go and get the parts from Luton, despite him knowing of a suitable place in High Wycombe (1/2hr away). He said that it was orders from head office - which didn't make sense to either of us! I was quoted £89 on the phone and was charged £441. I think that if you use them try to describe the job as best you can and treat the quote with a pinch of salt! I would have preferred to use a local guy, but I only got one inquiry and I needed my cooker to work! The rating system isn't working and they were DEFIANTLY NOT BRILLIANT!!! - JUST ABOUT AVERAGE. "
