My husband and I are purchasing a property in Kristiansand Way, Letchworth. Before exchange we would like an Electrician to inspect the property and award it a Electricity Safety Certificate.
As we are due our first child in October we want to know all is safe. We had one done for our previous property and it made us feel a lot safer.
The vendor has agreed to be at the property. The house has 4 double bedrooms, a kitchen/diner, lounge/diner, study, living room, en-suite, bathroom and WC. Please let me know the price and your availability over the next 2 weeks and I will get back to you as we are getting various quotes.

We are in the process of purchasing a house in letchworth. We had a homebuyers report which recommended that we should have the electrical wiring and fuse box tested. Based on the inspection, we would like to have an estimate of the costs involved with any recommended work.
Job was to test wiring in a house we're looking at buying. The electrician quoted on Thursday, arranged the appointment with the estate agent and vendor and by Monday evening we had the report

Updated : I am searching for an electrician to install a home oven. The oven will be installed in a studio space. The studio is situated in the back garden about 20 metres from the house. Original : connecting household oven from house to an outside studio.
I would highly recommend this tradesman to everyone. He turned up at the time stated and his communication was fantastic. He was also happy to give other advice where needed. A****

Final part of refurbing our house.
Remove 2 old fuseboxes and install new consumable unit
Make live 3-5 wall sockets, installed but not completed by previous sparky!
1 x spur for new central heating (currently on a plug annd socket)
Wire in power to new double fan oven.
Spur / or power for extraxtor fan.
Install 4- 6 downlights to ceiling.
Test all recently installed light fittings x 4 (peace of mind)
We want to get this done asap as cannot conitue final work without and missing the use of an Oven :-)

Turned up on time, explained everything and carried out work as stated in quote. Very good price and did not leave until all complete by working into early evening (which was fine with me) Tidied up afterwards. Very precise in their measurements and the final look, so much so that they pointed out my original idea may look out of line etc. Which, when they showed me, was completely true. I did and will trust the opinion in future as they know exactly what they are doing. Very Happy with the job and will recommend them to anyone. If you want proper 'old school' sparkies, a family run business, with no BS and honest consultation, then look no further. Good Lads, thanks a million.
