"Pete was quick to respond and get the job done, however, his quote was £120 and the final bill was £215. The part required was only £35 therefore he charged £180 for an hour and a halfs work. Not good value for money at all and his invoice did not breakdown the costs. He said he would call me to discuss but has not. Good work, shame about the overpricing."
