"Electric cables were run alongside the water pipes. Wires were bonded straight to the wall, with no trunking. No grommets were put in the metal back boxes. The back boxes were all slanted and different heights from the skirting board, as were the light switches from the door frames. Instead of running new rings, they just put spurs all over the place. Live wires were left exposed. The list goes on... I made several attempts to get them to put this right, but to no avail. Then on the final day I spoke to them, they agreed to put it all right. When I visited the house after this, we discovered that all the electric cables, switches, sockets, the lot had been cut, including the power to the entire house. This is now being investigated by the Police, Napit, and soon Trading Standards "
