I had a survey done on a property in Paddock Wood on which we have had an offer accepted. The surveyor suggested that the installation should be inspected by a qualified electrician prior to exchange of contracts. If you need any more information prior to the inspection, please let me know and I will try and find out from the seller.
Very pleased with the quick, informative and honest service. Inspection report for the house was thorough. Prices were competitive with no hidden costs! Would recommend highly.
