My extractor fan in my bathroom has stopped working. I need a quote for a new fan & installation
Chris phoned me to let me know that he was may be late due to traffice when he thought that he would not arrive at the appointed time. The job was completed on the same day I posted it on Rated Tradesmen which was fantastic. Was extremely helpful with another electrical problem I had that did not relate to the actual job posted. Would definately recommend & use company again

I had a new bathroom fitted in March. A new bathroom extractor fan was fitted (I have a shower room rather than a bath). The extractor is not coming on when the light is switched on. I am not sure if I need a new fan or if it is a simple electrical problem. The contractors who installed bathroom/fan are just not returning my calls - I need this fixed urgently
Needed someone to come out asap & Callum came out next day & replaced burnt out fan with new one. I wouldent know a good quality extractor fan from a bad one so I cant really comment on quality & value. My bathroom is very damp & steamy (I have a shower only no bath) and the room is small, so this is to be expected. I just leave the extractor on for a while and the steam goes away. The damp wall tiles need to be dried by hand

I'm not sure
House is a mixture of old and new wiring and now some of the light fittings and a socket aren't working. Previous owners have updated parts but we're not sure whether some of it is safe. Think it may need a full rewire but we need an electrician's opinion on it. House is a sandstone semi detached built in 1904 with 2 bedrooms & a box room upstairs and living room, kitchen & dining room downstairs with bathroom on the half landing.
Pleased with job. Very quick and reliable. Would recommend them to anyone.
