Hi, We have recently moved back into our house which we were letting out and have found that the tenants have had some mains cables and a light switch installed which we did not give permission for and we would just like to check what they are for and if they are safe.

Unsold Job, Updated Details : We've moved into this house mid-November, there was no hob in it, we bought this induction hob and have since not receive any feedback from any of the dozen electrician we contacted. We don't know how much the job could cost us, but we REALLY need it fitted as soon as since we're expecting our first baby in 2 months. We phoned many electricians, e-mailed a few more, got absolutely no reply from anybody. Thought asking for help here would maybe make it happen, but doesn't seem to work either :-( Original : Control panel fitting for induction hob + induction hob hardwire Timing: ASAP
After struggling to find someone to do the job, we were pleased to be contacted by Bec, he came at the said time, offered us a reasonable quote and did the job without any problem.

Upgrade existing wiring and install an isolation switch for electric shower to allow a 9.8kw model to be installed.
A very pleasant young man, was knowlegable, competant and as a refreshing change from other trades people I have used, was tidy and cleaned up after the job was completed. I have no problem in reccomending this young man and wish him the success he is working hard to achieve.
