Budget Under £100

Job I had a fuse blown yesterday in the kitchen lights with a noise. This shuts the lights off in some other rooms as well. I also have a fan in the cloakroom, that is not properly connected, I would also like to have a quote for putting the new fuse system in the main board in the garage while you are here, though not immediately required.

Comment Rory works quietly at his own pace and pays attention detail. It appeared to be a local fault but there was a lot more mis- connections from previous work. He attended to all these, checked every switch and socket in the whole house to ensure there were no further problems. It required more than one visit and he came promptly when called again. Job Relocate old fusebox from garage to modern consumer unit in under stairs cupboard (other side same wall) test and certificate. Also provide new socket at bottom of stairs for telephone and stairlift.

Budget Under £250

Job My Sangamo timer for the outside lights is running slow - or appears to be! I need someone to have a look at it. Plus a down light is stuck, and I need a new bulb in an external sensor light!!!

Job Re-locate Main Fuse Box (only fitted last year); create spur for feed;remove & replace 7 wall switches; fit 3 lights (one in landing stairwell)...switches and lights already purchased.
