Job I need a new double plug socket fitted in the bedroom Asap

Comment Never used the internet before for any type of service. I thought I'd give this a try and I am pleased to say it was a good choice. Ashley was a very good choice, did not over charge..Said a price, very good workmanship and was very pleasant and trustworthy. Made you feel comfortable and relaxed knowing that a good job is being done, took his time and I am very pleased with the outcome. Job I require an electrician to take down existing ceiling fan and install a ceiling Rose and flex in it's place in order to attach the shade to the Rose

Budget Under £100

Job Light fittings in lounge and dining room need replacing with the new ones I have bought- One is pendant and the other has 3 arms with shades. Also need 2 plug sockets replacing as they dont work. Not sure if the problem is the socket or the circuit.

Budget Under £250

Job Tried to replace an old style filament bulb (which blew; they go fairly often) with a new style candle bulb. There was a flash and the downstairs lights circuit breaker in garage tripped. Tried to reset, but it would not reset. Turned off room switch and reset breaker. Turned on switch and bulb blew again with a flash. Took out new bulb and reset breaker. Turned on switch and remaining (old style) bulbs lit normally. However tapped the candelabra arm (with NO light in) with my torch and it flashed and tripped again. This now happens every time. Also the wall switch now seems to be fused in the on position because when I reset the breaker, the lights come on and cannot be turned off with the wall switch (which now feels "spongy" or loose). I have taken out the remaining bulbs in the candelabra but it still flashes (after resetting the circuit breaker) after tapping with my torch and trips the breaker. Something very wrong somewhere! I will turn off the breaker overnight for safety as upstairs is OK.

Job The current wiring is PVC into a circuit breaker-equipped consumer unit. There is already a 32A cable routed for the cooker and 2 double sockets supplying the room.

Budget I'm not sure

Job Removal of one flush light fitting and install hanging light cable so I can fit a regular lampshade. Replace 2 light switches and 1 double plug with plain white sockets which I can source myself if more economical. Thanks.
