"Simo was excelent and returned today to replace the ceiling rose which had broken during the repair. The house had poor wiring from original 1970 build, plus separate additional wiring from the extension. In addition three bedroom had acquired recessed halogen ceiling lights between the original building and the extension. In short there was a tangled mess of cabling in one light socket where the loft light plus ceiling recessed halogen lights had been badly wired together - I guess the loft man had simply done what he could and left! Simo has now labelled up the fuse box which had 5 blank units, one has turned out to be spare!"
