Looking to repair and external arial fitted to chimney on roof top. Appears top part of arial has come off arial post and some channels on tv getting very poor signal, hoping it may just need securing back in place but have no ladders to inspect
Can't rate this job highly enough. Came out for what essentially was a quick fix, quoted price, required a lot more perseverance, time and effort to complete the job than expected, instead of 1 hour it was 3 and still charged very reasonable quoted price. Excellent work and really happy with end result, many thanks again

Buying a property and the surveyor tells us that the kitchen could do with re-wiring as the sockets are wall mounted and not sunk into the wall. He is concerned that they run off one another and not have their own source.
He gave us a quote for electrical work that will be needed when we move house. It was reasonable and we will be using this contractor when we move. I cannot comment on his actual work at this time. He was very courteous on the phone and listened to what I had to say and I think he will be very reliable. I will comment again when we have had the work done.

Economy 7 heated water tank. Smelt like it was overheating so I switched it off. Switched it back on a few days later and it's not doing anything....no hot water. Also have a downlight which was flickering for ages and now doesn't work. It's not the bulb. Someone said it might be the transformer?
Oh my life - fab u lous. Arrived at 5.30 Friday night, new part fitted and job done. Would not hesitate to recommend David or Rated people. Service was unbelievable from start to finish

Disturbance on signal into the TV, might be tree line affecting but disruption varies widely and usually BBC channels can be scrambelled altogether. On separate aerial system my other TV keeps switching itself off and on, can go 45 minutes without happening but most of the time it occurs every 15 seconds or so

We would like to install 4 sockets in a detached garage, approximately 6 foot away from the property. The property is a 1950s semi-detached bungalow and has recently been rewired. The sockets would power a tumble dryer, upright freezer and washing machine so would have a fairly high draw.
Ray and Lee gave us a few options for the job and talked us through how they would go about it. All work was completed very neatly and we were shown the work, the testing and installation certificate before payment was required. Recommended.

Three jobs need looking at. The lights in the bedroom keep tripping, and this may be due to a (possibly) incorrectly wired ceiling rose in the hallway, which is on the same fuse. Also kitchen spotlights are not working, I suspect it may be the transformer.
