We would like a survey of the electrics at a flat we have recently purchased (2 bedroom) and an inspection certificate to confirm it is sound.
We would like the inspection to be carried out on either Thursday, 21st February or Friday, 22nd February. Please advise whether this is possible and the cost. Thank you.

We are selling a property and need the electrics tested and a certificate issued, to form part of the sale. It is a 2 bed ground floor flat.
Very efficient, great service, price was very competitive and he worked on a bank holiday, can't get better service than that.
