Just a N.I.C.E I.C Cert required for a 2 bed flat in North london-N10 as old one expired.is price £130-150? please quote. Flat sold so no work creators please.
Wrong N.I.C.E.I.C. Cert with false report, I specifically asked for "no job creators" and got a dishonest job creator who put no labelling on my consumer unit when there was clearly labelling etc I had to send photos to his wofw and she had to get him to re write a new electric cert. He caused me a lot of stress. One of the most annoying tradesman i have ever come across in 18 years as a landlord in london. Andy Skipwith will verify that I am very honest and helpful and decent but this trademan made me boil

Ceiling light doesn't work. The bulbs have been replaced and the switch (dimmer) is working. The light sometimes shines very dimly but then goes out.
was really prompt, kept me updated on his arrival time, and was really friendly, polite, quick and clean. Would recommend, and would not hesitate to use again.

In the process of buying a house survey has highlighted old contact breaker (RCCB), electrics look old. Need to be tested and upgraded as necessary.
Obtained some quotes on work still to be done but seemed very knowledgable fast flexible and friendly.

We have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat, 1930's build. Don't think the electrics have been updated. We need an electrical safety certificate done. We also have a new dual fuel cooker which needs to be hard wired in (gas has already been connected). There is a switched box by the cooker on it's own circuit to the consumer unit, however the cooker requires 32A minimum and the consumer unit currently has a 30A fuse in for this circuit. Not sure if we can just put in a 32A fuse in the consumer unit, wiring between consumer unit and the switched box in the kitchen needs to be tested to see if it can handle the additional load. Depending on costs, we may want to change the consumer unit for an updated one with trip switches rather than the old traditional fuses which are there at the moment. Also would like an electric shaver terminal plug point in the bathroom - not essential but desirable depending on cost! (I note that a 12 way Wylex consumer unit from somewhere like Screwfix is about £100 including the trip-switches, so I wouldn't want to pay much more than this for the consumer unit if this is supplied by yourself). Initially just looking for someone to come have a look and get some quotes.
Raf came out on short notice to quote the job. He spent a good hour looking around to make a thorough assessment. He carried out the work a few days later, again, quite short notice. Work started in the morning and was finished by the evening, all done very well, professionally and at an extremely reasonable rate. Altogether very pleased with the work and think he's very good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him.
