1. Fit one new smoke detector. 2. Repair one downlighter in hallway (it's been pushed into ceiling). 3. Check and repair two no, kitchen downlighter connections (bulbs are new). 4. Check and repair door entry system in flat. When someone presses button outside, it does not ring within the flat. Note: Keys for flat need to be picked up from Estate Agent locally and returned once complete.

I need some light switches and power sockets moved & installed in my kitchen. I have a new fuse box in my kitchen which powers some new appliances, but there is an old circuit from the main fuse box which powers the light and some some sockets. I would like the system simplified, tidied up and extended. I foresee 5 new power points. It will involve a small amount of channelling as would would like to incorporate visible galvanised steel conduit. I will also require an inspection certificate. If I don't answer a call, please leave a message and I will get back to you within 24 hours. I will respond to emails as quick as possible.

We have at least two power points in our kitchen that may need reinstalling: 1) (primary job) - our oven has started 'cutting out' - works fine when it's working, then flickers and 'dies' for no obvious reason. The power point for the oven looks suspect - switch doesn't sit in 'on' or 'off' position properly. 2) (secondary job) - we have a similar problem with the light fittings in the kitchen - two sets of spotlights. In both sets, specific bulbs keep blowing very soon after we fit them - again we suspect a poorly wired fitting. 3) some of the other plug sockets in the kitchen work fine, but seem loosely fitted and we would like a view on their safety and to have them fitted more securely and safely as we have an increasingly mobile child. Having been in the property a year, we now suspect the kitchen power points may have been fitted poorly to begin with. The job is therefore to at least fix the oven power point, and if feasible fix any other unsafe or unsound sockets in the kitchen - overall price to be negotiated once you have viewed them and determined what needs fixing. I need repair work done to two overhead lights in rooms upstairs in my house. Both lights (bedroom and bathroom) have stopped working within a few weeks of each other, leading me to suspect the problem is related.

Hello, we have a blown fuse and we are unsure what it actually does, as well as a mysterious switch. There are two spotlights in the bathroom that have gone and when replaced they don't work when screwed in (seems to be a connection issue), could also do with a basic check on the overall state of the electrics in the flat. This is a one bed basement flat and have been moved in a couple of months and the whole flat is electric. Thanks, Dave

In very uncared for communal areas, initially need a quote (as have to speak to leaseholders or freeholder before agreeing to work): 1. External - doorbells broken. 2.
