I would like to rewire my kitchen to accommodate a new layout with built in fridge, oven, gas hob requiring ignition, extractor fan and microwave. Also, two above counter sockets. In the bathroom we would like to re-wire the extractor fan, fit a shaver socket and if possible washing machine and tumble dryer. In the toilet I would like to move the light switch. Fuse box also needs moving slightly. Looking to start works on 6th August.
Did a good job and communicated well on how things would be done. Very reasonable price.

The communal lighting in our building* is not working. We have tried replacing the light bulbs, and checked the fuses. The 2 communal lights are served by 3 push button switches. * The building is a 4 storey Victorian terraces house converted into 3 flats. The lighting has been there for many years and none of my fellow land lords have further details on the installation. I am looking for an electrician to come over either this evening (Tuesday 25 September), or after 3pm tomorrow Wednesday 26 September.

There are a bunch of cables running down the side of my flat (tv, phone and some rundundant ones). Also alot of loose wiring which looks a bit dodgy. All cables are exposed to elements so looking to have a new plastic box fitted to the side of the house which can home all the cables.
