Ed arranged a time to arrive directly with my tenant after calling me. He fixed the power to my hard-wired washing machine and fixed a few electrical sockets at the same time.

RCD fuse trips when electric cooker has been on for 4-5 minutes. Can reset fuse only for it to trip in 4-5 minutes again.
Chris was prompt in contacting me, knowledgable on the potential cause of the issue and provide a quote for the work there and then. He turned up when promised, worked to resolve the issue keeping me informed throughout. Excellent service - will definetly use again and pass on details to friends.

I'm not sure
The main light in the living room is not working and we need to get this repeired. Do not know whether the fault is related to the fixture or the wiring. The lighting fitted is type of modern chandelier with 6 lights.
Did the job and arrived when he said he would.

From beginning to end, the service provided was everything that one would wish for in an electrician! Peter was friendly on the phone; did not seem to mind that it was a very small job; did not keep me waiting for weeks on end; he was punctual and reliable; courteous; well-presented and appreciated that he had to be careful in my newly-decorated Edwardian living room. He worked quickly, tidily & efficiently & clearly not only an eye for detail, as he helped me to decide on the height of the chandelier but he also had infinite patience with the delicate crystals that kept falling off! There was a very reasonable bill at the end of a job well done. In short, I would definitely recommend him and am happy to say that my house now has a good electrician should it need one!
