The shared access alleyway to our block has a light fitting fixed at 1st floor level within it (you will need a ladder!). This light is defective. It should be on a "dusk sensitive" setting so that it lights up when light levels within the alleyway fall below a particular level, and stays on until the morning. This currently does not happen - the light comes on intermittently and then switches itself off. There is a light sensor attached to it but again this is obviously defective. Both light and sensor need repairing/overhauling so that they work properly and illuminate the alleyway constantly through the hours of darkness. *Please note that you will need to provide me with a full written invoice for this work on your headed paper once work is complete*
Contact was made and a quote given and accepted. A date was arranged and confirmed for the work to take place - unfortunately ASD failed to turn up, did not contact me to say they were not coming or to rearrange, and then failed to respond to emails and text messages!

I need I light chord moved in the bathroom, 3 new spotlights fitted. In the bedroom, I need a blanked switch taken out, the new one channelled in, and 4 spotlights removed and 1 central pendant fitted.

Our fuse box tripped during the night and won't switch back on. I've isolated the problem to one fuse which covers all sockets downstairs and upstairs and have tried unplugging all the appliances on the circuit but still no luck. I need someone to fault find and rectify the problem.
