They arrived on time...and within an hour of my initial call! They clearly explained the problem, highlighted some future recommendations, fixed the issue and nicely cleaned up before leaving. I would use them again.

Internal issue with one room of lights, which won't work.
Patryk was fantastic - quick to respond, flexible, professional, polite, trustworthy and went the extra mile. He took on a number of other all round jobs (garden fence build and internal painting in additional to original internal electrics fix) and completed them to a very high standard and in double quick time! Bathroom extractor fan causing electricity in apartment to trip out. Have cleaned grill on extractor fan from exterior but problem pervails. Last time fan was switched it on with went 'bang', leaving a slight burning smell. Fan installed is simple - no timer or way of isolating it. Inspection required but extractor fan probably needs replacing. Looking for labour + parts. Early evening appointment (6.15pm)

I need someone to replace a bathroom light. Someone has already tried and it appears multiple wires are present, some probably marked incorrectly. In the process of attempting to change the fitting some other lights in the flat have stopped working.
Turned up at fairly short notice, recognised the problem quickly. The job wasn't able to be completed in the time they had, but we were advised on what was best to do to fix our problem.

Chandelier fit to ceiling in ground floor room of Victorian house. The Chandelier is already fully rewired and PAT tested, and the delivery next Tuesday is to include everything needed for fixing (ceiling hook etc). It is to be installed in the middle of a plaster ceiling rose, which at the moment has a plastic rose in the middle with just a wire coming out with a bulb. I am unsure where the joist is direclty above the ceiling rose, so there is a chance if it is not close enough to the centre that it will need a block or somthing to be attached to the joist. Hopefully this isn't an issue.
