General: Replace consumer unit, Hall and Porch: Replace existing lights with security/sensor lights (to be provided) Dining Area: Replace three existing downlighters with fire rated downlights (to be provided) Living Area: Remove ceiling fan, remove portrait wall lights, put in long strip of lights along beam, feed power supply down through new wall to be built and then feed behind wall - lights to be provided, feed up internet cable and sky cables to bedroom, through same wall cut as for feeding down power supply from ceiling lights. Bedroom: Remove wall lights, put in a double plug point on new wall to be built, put in sky cable point (double cable), put in ethernet point, put in TV aerial point, put in four fire rated downlights in ceiling (downlights to be provided) connect to power supply switches currently used for wall lights, ut in new double plug point near window Kitchen: Replace four existing downlighters with fire rated downlighters (to be provided) New cupboard: Put in high up double plug point for washing machine and dryer, move other plug socket if in way of wall.
I can not recommend Chris and his team highly enough. They were professional and reliable throughout. I have honestly never come across better tradesmen in my six renovation projects over the last ten years. Ricky did the majority of the work with Chris and others joining him for the jobs that needed more than one pair of hands.

I would definitely recommend Lee, he was prompt and fixed the problem lights quickly. Unfortunately one of the transformers failed but he came back the next evening to repair again free of charge. No problems since and would definitely use him again!

He didn't charge for the first visit, and advised me that rather than rewiring the sockets, I could buy a cheap device that would connect the phone line wireless. Definitely Reccomend him.

There is an intermittent high pitched ringing noise in my loft extension which I have isolated to the loft light ring. It is there when the lights are off, and when they are on. It's more noticeable at night. I have switched off the mains switches and hence know it's to do with the loft lights. I have a dimmer panel which activates ceiling spot lights, but as the sound is there even when lights are off, it's not the dimmer panel. When the lights are switched on in the bedroom, the power to the lights stops the ringing for a few seconds.

Several sockets in our unit are inactive and would be usefully used if they worked several - neighbouring sockets are OK but means using more extension cables than ideal/preferable.
Arrived in a timely manner, quickly resolved the problem and was happy to provide a receipt.

Updated : will need to fit the oven Original : My oven broke recently, and I have been looking for a replacement. Since modern ovens can self-clean, I notice they need greater than 13 ampage. 15 or 16. Apparently I need to have the wire checked that leads to my oven socket, and need a qualified electrician for this, plus maybe to fit the oven once I have bought it.
