Gilles contacted us promptly. As it was a small job, he was able to fit us in very quickly. He arrived when he said he would. He did the job as requested. He was very tidy and cleared up completely when he'd finished. We were very happy.

External light-sensitive lights need to be fixed as they no longer work. The problem may simply be bulbs. However, they are difficult to access and will require ladders.
In the end we decided not to go ahead with this job, but TAD were expert, helpful and courteous when they came to look at it and gave a very reasonable quote.

I am looking for someone to install my surround sound speakers. I have four capped wall sockets already where the speakers need to be plugged in.
I also need someone to replace the transformer in my kitchen exhaust fan. I do not have the replacement transformer.
Charlie did a fantastic job installing my surround sound and fixing some lighting for me. He was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable and finished the jobs to a high standard. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend him and will know who to call for any more work I need doing.

Updated : Bathroom fan - my bathroom fan used to come on every time I turned on the light in the bathroom. It stopped working about a month ago and I now have to turn it on manually.

Polite, efficient and tidied everything up afterwards. Couldn't fix the problem straight away so didn't take any money and are going to come back once they have the parts, which I thought was very professional.

Hi,
I have a new build flat with a 'vent axia' heat recovery system throughout the flat.
The vent in the bathroom seems to have stopped working and I have been advised that I need a new motor in order for the vent to work again.
