To replace one illuminated bathroom mirror and replace it with a new one.
Matin responded within the hour, came and gave me a price for the job. He offered to return that evening but I opted for the following morning and in spite of it being a week-end he arrived at 8.30am and completed the job within the hour.

We need a main connected smoke detector installed
After placing an advert on Rated people I was contacted by Lee, who was able to give me some advice over the telephone. Lee then offered to come and see me that afternoon to provide a formal quote and we went with Lee over the others as he seemed the most knowledgeable in what we were after. Lee arrived early and did a great job quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price.
I would not hesitate to recommend Lee to anybody else and have kept his details for future works that we might need undertaking.

Flat is a 2 bedroom purpose built.
Jobs:
1. Installation of new fuse box. Current fuse box contains 4 circuits.
2. Track lighting installation:
a. Living room - 4 metre track
b. Kitchen - approx 3-4 metres of track
c. Bathroom - approx 1.5 metres of track
3. Installation of 2x lights in 2x bedrooms.
I am free on weekends, but I can be free for half a day on during a weekday.
Redjab was cheap (cheaper than the other tradesman who quoted), punctual and he and his son done an excellent job. The job was fitting a new fusebox, new track lighting in 3 rooms, and 2 standard lights. He was extremely professional and he and his son worked like machines without taking a break. He was also friendly and courteous. He was also happy to accomodate my request to work without shoes (I don't wear shoes in the house). He was also very tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

One of my socket circuits has short circuited (fuse is tripping in fusebox) half of first floor and half second floor is without power - heard fizzing behind one of the wall sockets on first floor. Need the fault traced and other circuits tested.
Timing: ASAP
