Job I'm afraid I don't know much about these things, but here is what my tenant has to say: I had meant to be in touch around the good old boiler at some point. The various bits of work did all work, and for a week or so there it was all up and running exactly as it should be. Sadly however there must have been an issue with one of the wires for the off-peak system in the circuit board that is attached to the boiler. After around a week of it all working the wires melted through the front of that plastic box and that circuit then stopped working. I am OK using the peak only, but for safety reasons I would imagine you will want to get an electrician in at some point to fix the off-peak wiring as it has melted through the front of the wiring box and hence is exposed. I have obviously switched that circuit off to avoid any immediate risk. Please can I have quotes from electricians experienced with working with boilders in high rise buildings. Many thanks.

Job one hallway light - the nest has been pushed through the ceiling so there is a bit of a hole. Light works. One bathroom light. Nest is slightly detatched. light working. One living room light. Light has bown again. some electical problem. the ring main may have been damaged.
