Hi, thank you for reviewing my job
I have a string of ceiling lights that power 5 halogen bulbs all are accessible from the loft. Recently I noticed too much heat coming from the bulbs/wires and the strong smell of melting plastic. Although the lights are still working this is obviously not safe so our hallway is kept in darkness until this can be looked out. Doubt it's a big job however one I'm not comfortable tackling myself.
I'd appreciate a few quotes please before agreeing to fix the problem - hoping to get this sorted ASAP if possible.

Wall switch on/off for heater has broken and needs replacing. If time, power to immersion heater also needs to be checked.
Initial appointment cancelled at short notice due to van failure, but made amends the next day. An excellent job, with a discount for the postponement.

Kitchen light has started tripping out cicuit. Can't see what issue is- possible faulty wiring. Old victorian flat so colour coding not standard. Hopefully simple but as its a kicthen light need certified sparky..

The main ceiling light in one of the bedroom's of my house has blown. The bulbs have been replaced twice and the fuse switched back. We do not know what the problem is.
I need someone who can have a quick look out of office hours, so 8am or after 6pm.
Leo was very efficient and turned up at my property the same day I spoke to him. He returned the next day and sorted out the problem. Good value for money too. I would highly recommend him and use him again.

• Install circa 5 No. recessed LED down lights in living room, and lighting control system.
• At present there is a single electrical feed to a pendant fitting in the centre of the room, this will need to be connected to the LED controller driver which then feeds out to the LED down lights that will be located around the perimeter of the room – location to be confirmed.

There are exposed wiring cable ends above the consumer unit.
