"Came promptly, but spent ages doing the fitting. Turned out he hadn't fitted the on/off switch properly - I sorted that myself. More importantly the hot bulge in the shower case that appeared later was due to the incorrect wiring he had fitted overheating and slowly frying the innards of the shower. Had to pay another electrician to correct as I couldn't get a response from this one. WARNING: This bloke's work on my shower was incompetent and dangerous, and could have been lethal! (Job originally done June 2007)"
