"I regret to say i am retracting my original rating as this company/person fitted my electrical towel rail on upside down, he didn't connect it to any kind of power and said he was going to call back or contact me in a couple of days time to finish the job. He never did. This is by far the worst service I have had from this site and I would avoid this company like the plague. My property was also burgled a few days after this job was fitted (i say fitted I mean botched), now I certainly don't want to throw accusations round but in four years of living in my property i have never had any trouble, and then suddenly I get a tradesman in who stays for a long time and does a complete botch job, all the while asking questions about the hours I keep at work.....It could all be a coincidence and he could just have been a terrible electrician, either way, if there was a no star rating for each of the three categories I would happily give it."
