I'm purchasing a house and need the wiring checking, it's a 1927 semi-detached but was re-wired by the owner in around 2000. I had a survey done which reports the 'The consumer control unit circuits have not been marked up to allow identification of the circuits', so I would like a quote for fixing that as well.

ive just moved into a new property that was a repossession and is a mess. Primarily i need extra power sockets fitted in bedrooms, and a shaver socket/power fitted in the bathroom. Theres also an electric garage that needs the electrics checked over.Some of the previous wiring looks a bit suspect, the previous owner has done it himself so could probably do with being checked over.

Hello, I require an electrician to complete unfinished electrics on a side extension I had on my home. This includes rings for sockets and lighting and also 2 security lights on the outside of the house. I will also require a tested/pass certificate on completion for Trafford Building Regs. The reason the electrics are unfinished is due to a builder that I had leaving my work uncompleted due to his personal circumstances and now has declared himself bankrupt. Therefore please note whoever is interested in this work, I will draw up a legal contract with all work which is required with the prices agreed.
