House has been renovated and rewired but ran out of money at the time to finish all of it. Wired in smoke alarms (x4) and 4 spot lights to wire in, plus light in loo has never worked (suggest wires just need swapping round in the switch or light unit). All wires are in place and holes are cut out for spot lights. All fittings required

I will be insulating and covering up the inside with plasterboard so I also need to know at which stage the electrician needs to do his bit.
