Appliances are as follows: - - general electrical mains power - fridge/freezer - oven and hob - washing machine - electric heaters - 2x small electric heaters in the bathrooms - 2x vents in the bathrooms (on/off switch in the cupboard in the hallway) I just need to certify that the flat is electrically safe per requirements.

We are currently looking for an electrical sub-contractor to work with a main electrical contractor on a labour only basis. Work will be within steel modular classroom buildings at 2no locations. Previous work within modular classroom type buildings would be an advantage but not necessary. Works will be in Enfield & Epping Forest areas and would be a 3-5week programme depending on final programme of works. We will be providing a site supervisor to oversee these works. Works due to commence approx Monday 30th July 2012. Subcontractor must provide their own kit, tools, transport etc. We would require sub contractors to provide a schedule of rates, all relevant H&S info, training and all employees to have CSCS or CSR cards. Possibility of further future contracts throughout England.
