Quote was reasonable, electrician arrived on time and completed work quickly. Job seems thorough and all my electrics are now working.

John turned up bang on the time we had arranged and was extremely efficient at diagnosing the problem. His rates are good, reasonable and competetive. We are Landlords of several properties and will be using John for all our works in future. Have no hesitation in rating him. He turned up at four and finished the job by 8pm despite it being a Saturday - We got the impression he isn't the sort of workman who cries off at 5pm - he stays until the job is complete. We are very satisfied customers and as I said, will be using John again.

tecnik range cooker dual fuel TKC 1285 - extractor fan is making a noise, so don't want to use until it is looked at.
We had an urgent problem and they were able to send someone out the same day. That's where the good news ends. Unfortunately the electrician wasn't qualified to look at our dual fuel cooker, but we asked him to have a look at least. He located the fault and we paid for a call-out. We then waited for a quote to have the part fitted and had to chase several times. In the end we got a very high quote with no breakdown. After asking for a breakdown we got a new quote (a few days later) with the same lack of detail, but half the price!
