"Work Quoted Jan 2009: -Re-wiring of whole house -Removal of old boiler and installation of new one. -Removal and installation of kitchen,bathroom and cloakroom -Plastering , painting and decorating of whole house 1.Value Technocrates Ltd quoted very reasonably for the above work and remained within their quote.Any additional work that arose during the build was also priced reasonably. 2.Reliability The team was always polite , courteous and punctual.I was always advised of any changes in their schedule. 3.Quality The standard of work and the finish achieved as very good and the team always tried to give me the look I wanted. Overall , I would definitely use Tecnocrates again and would recommend them mainly because their aim is to finish every job in line with the customer's specification. I would add that as a customer , you should ensure you are aware of the schedule of works and when goods need to be onsite to avoid any delays.You should also use the skill and experience of the supervisor to be clear on sizes and the look that will be achieved before placing any orders.
