Great from the moment he made contact. Competitive, reliable and good communication on what dates he could work. Punctual on the day, good work ethic, and made sure the job was not rushed. All plug sockets level too. At the end of the job, when there was a problem, he stayed for many hours thereafter, to identify and solve the problem. He did not want to leave till the job was completed. Top notch.

WE HAVE 2 BANKS OF 6 ORDINARY ES 63MM REFLECTOR SPOTLIGHTS -NOT HALOGEN ] IN OUR TV ROOM. WE USE DIMMER SWITCHES BUT SOME OF THE THE LIGHT BULBS FLICKER A LOT AND SOMETIMES GO OUT AND COME ON AGAIN!. WE CHANGED SOME OF THE BULBS FOR PHILIPS LOW ENERGY ONES . NOW ALL THE LIGHTS HAVE GONE OUT WITH THE OCCASIONAL FLICKER IF WE USE THE DIMMER. COULD IT BE THE SWITCH?
ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. TOLD ME WHAT I THOUGHT THE PROBLEM WAS AND GAVE ME VARIOUS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS. WOULD USE AGAIN

2 downlights in my kitchen are not working although I have tried new bulbs. We have a ceiling fan with 3 lights in our bedroom,the fan works but not the light,if I switch on the hall light the fan stops working the wiring needs checking

Need to replace a two way dimmer switch that controls upstairs and downstairs hallway lights. The dimmer for the upstairs light has failed, note there is also an upstairs switch for this light.
Friendly helpful guy, turned up on time having already purchased the necessary parts, quickly fixed the problem and gave some helpful tips. Would definitely use again.

The flat was built in the 70s. It had some rewiring done a few years ago.
Clive was a bit hard to contact initially. I am a bit hard to contact also as I don't always leave my mobile on so this was probably the cause. He turned up on time and explained at length how the inspection standard works. The inspection was quite quick. I think the price for the check was OK. He sent a typed report a few days later with an estimate for the required remedial work. I have yet to accept it though. The inspection was on a rental flat, the tennant suggests that I shop around before accepting the estimate as there is a fair bit of work involved. Clive was very polite. I may ask him to complete the work in the near future.

i have a new friedland wired lit bell and chimer needing to be installed ..wiring is there but have spare bell wire if any problem, two wall lights to put up..wiring is there. due to emissions from boiler the outside sensor light keeps going on and off so need to blank off sensor on light and extend with a wire to a further point a new sensor which i have ready for the job . need an aerial socket plate changed over to new one that i have bought
