1. Front room previously treated as two separate rooms re wall lights. Recent building work now requires them to be on the same circuit. 2. New downstairs ceiling lights and wall lights flickering. 3. Kitchen wall lights flickering. 4. Outside light may break building regs so needs advice. Thanks!
House rewire. No consultation with clients during project. Wall light wiring travels up from floor not down from ceiling. Original 1840 skirting smashed off walls. Catalogue of damage to house, especially kitchen furniture and appliances, some of which was denied. Written quote was much higher than telephone quote. Had I known that the director had opened several companies last year I would not have gone near them. Avoid.

A ceiling light that has been flickering on and off for several weeks has finally given up - it is paired with another light which is still working. I did go to change the bulb a couple of weeks ago but then it started working again - so thought it can't be just a blown bulb.

Need someone to come and diagnose a problem with my wiring. It would appear to mean insulation resitance problem. With continuity of cpc issues also.
Joe is fantastic. A true professional and a pleasure to have in you're home... well our dark home with no lights at the time, which Joe promptly rectified and made safe. After paying Joe his very reasonable fee we felt elated that we had found our man and been treated to a real tradesman. We are having Joe back soon to replace our 1970's consumer unit with 100% confidence that he will do a marvellous job. I defy anyone to grumble about Joe. If he bids on your job get him, you wont regret it!

I need two new electric dimplex storage duo heaters installed. I already had the old ones removed and disposed. And there will be minimum wiring to be done. I wouldn't think that it would take more then 2hrs to finish the job. Experienced and certified fitters who do their job to the highest standard welcome only. No silly prices, please!

12 power points in 4 rooms and the hallway, spur for immersion heater currently being installed.
Excellent professional approach to the job, worked solidyly over 3 days and great attention to detail. Finishing the job was excellent and work was to a high finish. Would not hesitate to use them again. Very impressed.

Light in the bedroom blew the circuit last night when we turned the light on at the swtich in the wall. The switch has been playing up for a few weeks where the light wouldn't go on at first and I would need to turn it on a few times to get the light to switch on. Now it won't come on at all. Blubs have been changed. Need someone to come out and look at the fault on an evening or next Saturday day time.

We would like to move the location of the consumer unit from its current location in the living room to the adjoining wall under the stairs (about to be installed). Fully test and certify a full house rewire and advise on this also.
